Ketamine Assisted Therapy

What is Ketamine Assisted Therapy?

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) is a process that blends the healing potential of ketamine with compassionate support, presence, and integration. Together, these elements help you touch core feelings, release old burdens, and open space for lasting renewal.

For many who have felt stuck or hopeless, KAT can offer the first real glimpse of relief and lightness. Beyond symptom relief, it can also become a doorway to deeper self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and a greater sense of connection to life itself.

KAT has been found to support healing with:

• Trauma and PTSD

• Depression and anxiety

• Bipolar disorder

• Postpartum depression

• Suicidal thoughts

• Trauma-related sleep disruption

• Some eating disorders

• Mild to moderate OCD

• And, for many, personal growth, creativity, and spiritual deepening

Unlike sterile, medicalized settings where ketamine is sometimes given without meaningful support, I offer KAT in the comfort of my office. Here, the medicine is paired with intention, guided reflection, and integration, allowing your journey to unfold as uniquely and authentically as you are.

Fees

• Evaluation & medical review by a licensed provider (virtual): $350

• Single KAT session (2.5–3 hrs): $450

• 3-session package: $1300

• 6-session package + one post-KAT integration session: $2600

• Check-in with medical provider after 3rd session: $75

• Future maintenance sessions, if needed: $400

• Integration session (75 min): $250

What is ketamine?

Ketamine is a medicine that has been safely used for decades in medical settings. More recently, it has been used in smaller doses to support people facing challenges that once felt “treatment resistant.”

At therapeutic doses, ketamine may bring about:

• A sense of calm and relief from distress

• Antidepressant and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects

• Expansive or visionary states of awareness

• A deepening of spiritual understandings

• A surge of new brain growth and neural connections

When paired with skillful guidance and integration, these effects can become the foundation for deep healing, fresh perspective, and lasting change.
