An Integrative Approach to Healing

I am a licensed psychotherapist with more than thirty years of experience supporting people through anxiety, grief, trauma, and the complex terrain of relationships.

Over time, my work began to change — not because therapy stopped working, but because I found myself listening in a different way. Less focused on fixing. More attentive to what emerges when people feel truly met.

Today my work is integrative by nature. I bring psychological skill, relational presence, and careful listening into every session. Some clients come seeking therapy. Others come when they feel called toward deeper self-understanding. Most arrive somewhere in between.

People often tell me that our work together feels grounding, steady, and quietly transformative — as if they are finally being met as whole human beings rather than problems to be solved.

I hold a doctoral degree in psychology and am a licensed psychotherapist in the State of Arizona. For more than thirty years I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relational pain.

My approach is relational and integrative. I draw on established therapeutic methods while remaining attentive to the deeper currents that shape how people experience themselves and the world. I do not believe people are broken — I believe they are carrying stories that deserve careful listening.
