Grounded & Real Psychotherapy

A deeply relational approach to navigating life transitions, inner exploration, and the deeper questions of being alive in today’s world.

Welcome.

A woman with blonde, wavy hair resting her head on her hand, looking to the right, wearing a colorful patterned top and large, circular earrings.

For over twenty years I’ve worked as a psychotherapist, helping people navigate grief, trauma, relationships, and the tender thresholds of life. Over time, my work has deepened into a way of being with people that brings together clinical experience, genuine human connection, and a trust in our natural capacity for healing and growth.

Therapy can help us understand old patterns, move through pain, find new possibilities, and become more fully at home in ourselves and our lives. My approach makes room for both practical change and deeper exploration—for what we can understand and what remains a little more complicated. All while holding room for dreams, uncertainty, possibility, humor, and self-acceptance.

What I Love About This Work…

I love working with people from all walks of life. I am deeply curious about the parts of each of us that want to be understood more deeply and are seeking new possibilities. There is magic when we learn to hear what our lives may be asking of us. In my experience, holding space for those parts to come forward and be known makes meaningful transformation very possible.

I also hold plenty of room for the practical, day-to-day challenges of being human. I’ve found that when we make space to listen to the deeper questions underneath them, the way forward often becomes clearer. Decisions get easier, old patterns begin to loosen, and the changes we want to make in our lives become less effortful and more possible.
