Frequently asked questions.

Is this psychotherapy?

No. While I bring decades of therapeutic experience, this is not clinical work and isn’t considered psychotherapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

While it’s not therapy, many find it just as transformative—sometimes more so—because it honors the whole person, not just their symptoms. It’s a space where you’re not a problem to be solved, but a soul in process. I provide spiritual support and intuitive guidance—a space for emotional integration, soulful clarity, and sacred personal growth.

What happens in a session?

Each session is shaped by who you are and what’s present in the moment. We may talk through a current challenge, explore a spiritual opening, reflect on a dream, process a life transition, or hold space for grief or clarity. We may work with breath, guided inquiry, or contemplative silence. Sometimes we uncover deep insight; other times we simply sit in presence together while something quiet and essential unfolds.

While there’s no fixed agenda, I bring decades of therapeutic experience and a finely tuned spiritual sensitivity to each session. My role is to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and help you hear the voice of your own knowing.

Sessions are gentle, intuitive, and grounded. You do not have to come with a plan. Just come as you are.

Can I work with you if I’m in therapy or taking medication?

Absolutely. My work can complement therapy or medical support. We’ll simply be working on a different level than more traditional modalities: the level of soul, self, and sacred integration.

Do you offer packages or one-time sessions?

I offer both. Some people come only a few times during a major life transition. Others work with me over longer periods to support ongoing unfolding. We’ll find what works best for you.

What are your fees?

I charge $250 per session. Most sessions last around 75 minutes, though I don’t watch the clock too closely. Some may end a little earlier, others unfold more spaciously.

My intention is to meet you where you are—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. If this work calls to you and the fee feels out of reach, I invite you to reach out. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces, because I believe in making this kind of soul work accessible while also honoring the value of what I offer.
