How I Can I Be of Service?
Mental Health Coaching and Ketamine Assisted Therapy
-
Traditional counseling and psychological services are designed to treat mental health disorders. That’s why insurance companies require a diagnosis in order to cover treatment. But this model overlooks a large number of people who don’t meet clinical criteria — and it can stigmatize completely normal mental and emotional challenges.
Many individuals are simply seeking support — not for a disorder, but for navigating life’s complexities, transitions, and stuck places. That’s where mental health coaching can offer real value.
With this in mind, I offer coaching services for individuals and couples who want to:
Cultivate more peace and ease in their lives
Move forward from stagnant or stuck patterns
Reduce anxiety, stress, and low moods
Discover new direction and insight
Strengthen their overall sense of well-being

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and stressful — or, just as often, dull and flat. At times, these feelings are small and manageable, a kind of background noise. Other times, they loom large as anxiety, depression, or persistent stress. We feel stuck and unsure how to move forward.
In these moments, it can seem like our problems are caused by things “out there” — our boss, our partner, our kids, our finances, our career. We assume the answer lies in fixing our circumstances or working harder on ourselves.
But over the years, I’ve come to see something different.
Real joy, contentment, security, passion, and connection don’t come from changing the outside world — or even from changing ourselves. Instead, they come from a deeper understanding of how we work on the inside. When we gain insight into the true source of our experience, things begin to shift. We move through life with more grace, resilience, and joy — no matter what’s happening around us.
And here’s the best part:
This capacity is in all of us.
If this speaks to you, I’d love to connect and explore it together.

We’ve all heard it: if you want a great relationship, you’d better be ready to work hard. Otherwise, the spark fades, love dies, resentment builds, and distance grows. Right?
But… what if that’s not the full story?
What if truly fulfilling relationships aren’t built on constant effort — but on a deeper understanding of how we work as human beings?
That’s been my experience. When we begin to see where our own experience is coming from — and recognize that others are wired the same way — connection becomes natural again. We find ourselves more open, more compassionate, and more able to love without trying so hard.
I love working with couples who want more than just “getting by.” And I also coach individuals who want better relationships with family, friends, co-workers, or anyone else in their lives.
If you’re ready to experience more ease, connection, and fulfillment in your relationships, let’s talk.
