A little bit about me….
Being a psychotherapist and mental health coach wasn’t my first career.
I came to this work later in life, after experiencing firsthand how transformative a strong therapeutic relationship can be. In my mid-thirties, I made the decision to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology—and I’m deeply grateful I chose this path.
In addition to over 25 years of training and professional practice, I bring a wealth of personal experience to my work. I’ve known many joys and triumphs, as well as my share of struggles and pain. I’ve been married and divorced, and I now share a deeply fulfilling 19-year marriage with my husband. I’ve raised children both as a biological parent and as a step-parent, and I understand the challenges and gifts of building a blended family. I’ve faced devastating loss and discovered joy and laughter in the aftermath.
Perhaps most importantly, I’ve come to see that love, health, and ease are always available to us—and that finding our way back to them is often simpler than we think.
If you’re longing for more ease, clarity, or connection—you’re not alone.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or simply wanting more peace and insight in your life or relationships, support is available. You don’t have to wait for a crisis or diagnosis to benefit from meaningful guidance.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation, in person or virtual, so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit. You can schedule directly through my website, or reach out by phone or email if you have questions.
I’d be honored to connect with you.
