Grounded & Real Psychotherapy
A deeply relational approach to navigating life transitions, inner exploration, and the deeper questions of being alive in today’s world.
Welcome.
For over twenty years I’ve worked as a psychotherapist, helping people navigate grief, trauma, relationships, and the tender thresholds of life. Over time, my work has deepened into a way of being with people that brings together clinical experience, genuine human connection, and a trust in our natural capacity for healing and growth.
Therapy can help us understand old patterns, move through pain, find new possibilities, and become more fully at home in ourselves and our lives. My approach makes room for both practical change and deeper exploration—for what we can understand and what remains mysterious. There is room for spirituality, uncertainty, possibility, and humor, too.
What I Love About This Work…
I love working with people from all walks of life. I am deeply curious about the parts of each of us that want to understand ourselves more deeply, find new possibilities, and listen to what our lives may be asking of us. Holding space for those parts to come forward and be enlivened produces magic.
There is also plenty of room for the practical challenges of being human and for the deeper questions that sometimes live underneath them—making space for what is known and what remains mysterious, for pain and possibility, seriousness and humor, and for discovering something new along the way.
